We store the shop domain, the price-list configuration you create in the app, and an installation timestamp. We do not store your customers' names, emails, addresses, order contents or payment details.
Customer tags are read by the checkout Function at the moment of checkout, inside Shopify, to match a customer to a price list. Tags are evaluated in-flight and are not copied to our servers.
Configuration is stored on our application server (Fly.io, single machine, single volume) and is synced to an app-owned metafield in your Shopify store so the storefront and checkout can read it.
Uninstalling the app deletes the shop's configuration from our database. Shopify's mandatory shop/redact
request triggers the same deletion. You can also ask us to delete data at any time via support.
